DXspark is contributing to the ongoing modernisation of financial services in Portugal. One of the most recent examples is the support provided to Bison Bank in adopting the latest update of SPIN (Instant Payment System), introduced by Banco de Portugal.
With this new update, users can now associate their NIF (tax identification number) with multiple SEPA transfer destinations, a functionality that was previously limited to a single account per user. In addition to the mobile phone number, the NIF can now be used as a unique identifier, making transfers more flexible, convenient, and secure.
This evolution is part of the continuous modernisation strategy of SICOI (Interbank Clearing System), reinforcing inclusion and security within the national banking payment systems.
This collaboration with Bison Bank represents another step in DXspark's mission to help companies and their customers enjoy better digital experiences in both services and products.
